  1. Form B shell

Build the seated torso: B1 is the 44 x 40 mm flat sole; B6 is the 20 x 16 mm neck platform, 58 mm above it. B2 faces forward. The broad closed sole supports the sculpture without a hidden stand. Keep printed/color sides outside. Each panel is a separate cut piece; score its tab roots. Dry-fit all seams before gluing. Fold tabs inward until flush with the neighboring panel, then glue beneath that panel. Close the last panel only after the earlier seams set.

  2. Join B1 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 40.0 mm edge to B5 (3.0 mm tab); 44.0 mm edge to B4 (3.0 mm tab); 40.0 mm edge to B3 (3.0 mm tab); 44.0 mm edge to B2 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  3. Join B2 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 60.4 mm edge to B3 (3.0 mm tab); 20.0 mm edge to B6 (3.0 mm tab); 60.4 mm edge to B5 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  4. Join B3 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 60.4 mm edge to B4 (3.0 mm tab); 16.0 mm edge to B6 (2.7 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  5. Join B4 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 60.4 mm edge to B5 (3.0 mm tab); 20.0 mm edge to B6 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  6. Join B5 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 16.0 mm edge to B6 (2.7 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  7. Form H shell

Build the pointed head: H1 is the 52 x 30 mm rear face; H2 is the horizontal triangular underside; H4 is the forehead. The nose is 44 mm forward of the rear. Glue the center of H2 to the entire B6 platform: head rear sits 2 mm behind the rear edge of B6 and the nose extends 26 mm beyond its front edge. Keep printed/color sides outside. Each panel is a separate cut piece; score its tab roots. Dry-fit all seams before gluing. Fold tabs inward until flush with the neighboring panel, then glue beneath that panel. Close the last panel only after the earlier seams set.

  8. Join H1 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 30.0 mm edge to H5 (3.0 mm tab); 52.0 mm edge to H4 (3.0 mm tab); 30.0 mm edge to H3 (3.0 mm tab); 52.0 mm edge to H2 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  9. Join H2 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 51.1 mm edge to H3 (3.0 mm tab); 51.1 mm edge to H5 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  10. Join H3 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 59.3 mm edge to H4 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  11. Join H4 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 59.3 mm edge to H5 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  12. Form L shell

Build the left triangular ear tetrahedron. Glue its triangular panel L1 flat on H4. Its 14 mm rear base edge aligns with the head rear top edge, from 10 to 24 mm from the centerline. Ear tip rises 23 mm above the rear forehead; the cream face points toward the center/front. Keep printed/color sides outside. Each panel is a separate cut piece; score its tab roots. Dry-fit all seams before gluing. Fold tabs inward until flush with the neighboring panel, then glue beneath that panel. Close the last panel only after the earlier seams set.

  13. Join L1 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 15.7 mm edge to L4 (2.6 mm tab); 12.7 mm edge to L3 (2.1 mm tab); 14.0 mm edge to L2 (2.3 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  14. Join L2 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 26.1 mm edge to L3 (3.0 mm tab); 23.3 mm edge to L4 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  15. Join L3 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 31.7 mm edge to L4 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  16. Form R shell

Build the right triangular ear tetrahedron. Glue its triangular panel R1 flat on H4.

  17. Join R1 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 15.7 mm edge to R4 (2.6 mm tab); 12.7 mm edge to R3 (2.1 mm tab); 14.0 mm edge to R2 (2.3 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  18. Join R2 tabs

  20. Form T shell

Build the fluffy diamond-section tail, about 57 mm long: the orange root is 12 mm across and expands to a 32 mm diamond; four cream panels form the final pointed section. T1 is the slanted root cap, matching the torso slope. Glue all of T1 against the right torso B3: its bottom and top corners are 12 and 24 mm above the sole, and its center is 8 mm behind the torso centerline. The broad tail section extends right, with its lowest corner 2 mm above the table. Hold until fully dry; the torso sole is the primary support. Keep printed/color sides outside. Each panel is a separate cut piece; score its tab roots. Dry-fit all seams before gluing. Fold tabs inward until flush with the neighboring panel, then glue beneath that panel. Close the last panel only after the earlier seams set.

  21. Join T1 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 8.6 mm edge to T5 (1.4 mm tab); 8.6 mm edge to T4 (1.4 mm tab); 8.6 mm edge to T3 (1.4 mm tab); 8.6 mm edge to T2 (1.4 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  22. Join T2 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 29.7 mm edge to T3 (3.0 mm tab); 22.9 mm edge to T6 (3.0 mm tab); 30.3 mm edge to T5 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  26. Join T6 tabs

Glue the integral tabs under their matching panel edges: 34.3 mm edge to T7 (3.0 mm tab); 31.4 mm edge to T9 (3.0 mm tab). Match equal-length edges and shared corners; hold each seam for 30 seconds and allow 5 minutes before loading.

  27. Join T7 tabs

  29. Apply the white chest

Glue C1 flat to B2, centered left-right. The 16 mm top edge is 6 mm below the neck platform; the bottom point is 18 mm above the sole. This is a separate cream paper piece, not a printed patch.

  30. Finish the face

Glue E1 and E2 to the left and right cheek triangles H5 and H3. Each eye upper rear corner is 27% of the way from the rear vertical edge toward the nose and 53% up the 30 mm rear height. Orient the short triangular point toward the muzzle. Glue N1 to H4 with its point exactly at the nose and its 5.2 mm rear edge 4.4 mm back. Use a thin glue film.

  31. Set the sitting pose

Rest B1 on a level surface. Keep the neck platform level and the tail pointing right, not downward. Let all joins dry for at least 20 minutes. Finished envelope is 101 mm wide, 62 mm deep and 111 mm high. Physical stability and assembly remain pending a real print-and-build trial.

Notes

The 3D model shows each piece in its finished, idealized shape; the exploded view only spreads the pieces apart. It is not a paper-physics simulation: curved shapes are forming guides, not exact physical folding or proof of developability, and intermediate fold shapes are not supplied.
