Steps

  1. Cut and score six pieces

Print at actual size and retain the 50 mm ruler. Cut B1, T1, S1, J1, P1 and P2 once each. Preserve all integral feet and seam laps. Score marked lines before folding.

  2. Make the supporting stem

Fold T1 at 8, 16, 24 and 32 mm by 90 degrees into an 8 mm square tube, 145 mm tall. Glue the 3 mm lap inside the first panel. Fold its four 12 mm feet outward 90 degrees. Glue their undersides to B1, centered at the base center with stem walls at +/-4 mm. Dry upright completely.

  3. Form the heart ridges

View S1 from its red front with notch up and tip down. Keep the central 8 mm band flat. At x=+/-4 mm valley-fold 22 degrees; at +/-17 mm mountain-fold 32 degrees; at +/-30 mm valley-fold 35 degrees. These are changes from flat, not inside angles. The outer bands rise 25 degrees from the central plane. Do not cup or stretch the lobes.

  4. Attach the spathe saddle

Bend J1 by 25 degrees at the line 20 mm from its bottom. Glue its 8 x 20 mm lower panel to the front stem wall, from height 125 to 145 mm. Its upper 8 x 15 mm panel slopes upward and backward, 65 degrees above the tabletop. Glue that panel to the BACK of S1 central band at x=-4..4, y=0..15 mm (tip is y=-58). The tip hangs in front of the stem. Support until fully dry.

  5. Build the pale spadix

Fold P1 at 5, 10, 15 and 20 mm by 90 degrees. Glue its 2 mm seam lap inside the first panel to make a 5 mm square, 52 mm long tube. Fold its four tiny 1.4 mm feet outward 90 degrees with tweezers. Fold both P2 tabs down 90 degrees around the 5 x 5 mm center; glue the 4 mm tabs inside two opposing walls at the far end. Let dry.

  6. Mount and dry the flower

Glue all four P1 feet to the FRONT of S1, centering the spadix root at x=0, y=5 mm, directly over the saddle. The feet occupy x=-3.9..3.9 mm and y=1.1..8.9 mm, entirely on the flat central band. Hold the spadix perpendicular to that band: it projects forward and upward 25 degrees above horizontal. Allow PVA to cure before moving the base. Display indoors on a level surface; physical assembly and stability are pending.

Notes

The 3D model shows each piece in its finished, idealized shape; the exploded view only spreads the pieces apart. It is not a paper-physics simulation: curved shapes are forming guides, not exact physical folding or proof of developability, and intermediate fold shapes are not supplied.
